1.) Server Subscriptions, All income from the server subs will go to operating costs. Any overage at the end of the year will be put to MondoCon costs.
2.) Staff pays general attention to everything as a whole, but ESPECIALLY their specialty and reports anything amiss that they might see.
3.) 100% open and honest communication and integrity is a must. No secrets, no manipulation, no games, no hidden resentment, ability to be mature.
4.) CALMLY talk about the hard stuff if needed Even if its about yourself, anxiety, paranoia, etc.
5.) Has the ability to know, recognize, and communicate your limits, which will 100% be respected.
