Extra Staff Rules

━━━━━━━━━━ STAFF RULES (SUBJECT TO CHANGE) MONDOS SAY IS FINAL ━━━━━━━━━━

1.) Server Subscriptions, All income from the server subs will go to operating costs. Any overage at the end of the year will be put to MondoCon costs.

2.) Pays general attention to everything as a whole, but ESPECIALLY their specialty and reports anything amiss that they might see.

3.) 100% open and honest communication and integrity is a must. No secrets, no manipulation, no games, no hidden resentment, ability to be mature.

4.) CALMLY talk about the hard stuff if needed Even if its about yourself, anxiety, paranoia, etc.

5.) Has the ability to know, recognize, and communicate your limits, which will 100% be respected.

6.) Want the mission of to gain new friends, grow the server, spread love and happiness, and not just stick to a clique.

7.) Give people the benefit of the doubt. Assume non-malicious intent unless absoluetely certain.

8.) "Discipline" tactfully and respectfully with love, knowledge, and forgiveness, not punishment. (Unless it becomes chronic)

9.) ALWAYS EDUCATE WHEN DISCIPLINING. I cant fix a problem they dont know about and neither can they! Always tell them two things... 1.) WHAT they did wrong 2.) HOW they could have done it differently

10.) Admit your own mistakes. Own them. Work on it. Fix it. Become better. No shame. Forgive yourself. ❤️

11.) There are 2 sides to EVERY story, no matter HOW convincing the first one sounds. Be objective and play devils advocate for both sides.

12.) Agree to disagree on things

13.) Dont push your controversial beliefs on others. You must remain impartial as much as possible

14.) Talk about a problem ASAP, dont wait for it to build up them explode. I think this is called the broken window theory. Plus like 10 small problems can build up to 1 LARGE one, so no problem is too small!

15.) Dont say the "S" Word

16.) If you need to step down or take a break, fucking DO IT. No shame in that.

17.) Staff on hold will be on hold for 3 months. If you do not pick a specialty or do your duties for that long, you will be removed. You are welcome to reapply anytime. ❤️

Duties for all

• Papas/Daddys are never responsible for anything they arent comfortable with, and there will always be someone "above" them to consult with if shit hits the fan, or if they are uncomfortable.

• Even if its about yourself, anxiety, paranoia, etc.
• The ability to know, recognize, and communicate your limits, which will 100% be respected.
• If hosting events, let X represent whatever limit you set for yourself.
