• Assigns Event Papito to people that excel at their one off events
• Kicks people out of Event Papito that dont do X events per month, helps lead inspiration for new events
• Encourages, Praises, Motivates Team, Ensures they are doing X events per month, helps lead inspiration for new events

No secrets, no manipulation, no games, no hidden resentment, ability to be mature and CALMLY talk about the hard stuff if needed. Even if its about yourself, anxiety, paranoia, etc. Also the ability to know, recognize, and communicate your limits, which will 100% be respected.
