We used the donations you have given the server to buy a subscription to Raidbot!

How do I create an event?

• Step 1: Go to https://raid-helper.dev/create/

• Step 2: Click the "Load Profile" button at the bottom left. (Round blue folder icon)

• Step 3: Under "Load Profile", Click "2025 - Event Papito Form"

• Step 4: Click Load

• Step 5: Use the picture below in the Create-An-Event#Event_Template section to see which items you should change (Green), and which things you should leave alone (Red)

• Step 6: Upload your picture (Click the picture that is loaded, then click the blue cloud icon)

IMPORTANT NOTES

Tagging your event attendees in Announcements

• Make sure your red settings are the exact same as the template below.

• Green settings you can change to whatever you want, but maintain the same "vibe".
  • (Example: The 30 minute announcement must stay 30 minutes, but you can use your own words!)

• TIME ZONE: EST/EDT

• If you need help, just ask in #📡⟝event-papitos
• Don't be afraid to mess up. If you do mess up, it is an opportunity to learn and anything can be fixed! <3
  • (Please don't @everyone though... Tag your people using Raidbot's Announcments)

Raidbot's Announcement (Tag All Event Attendees)

• If you want to tag your role, go to Upcoming or Past Events, click your event, then "Announcement", Immediately, then write your announcement, then click send!

RECURRING EVENTS IMPORTANT NOTES

• MAKE SURE THE FOLLOWING ON RECURRING EVENTS:
  • Your recurring event is posted 7 days before the event. (Or 14 days if it's every 2 weeks) (Or 1 month in advance if it's once a month)
  • If you schedule the time posted, please make sure it is posted at the same time the event is happening. (Not 3am!)
  • Your event should only show up 1 at a time. So if your event is Monday at 7pm, the next week's event should post Monday at 7pm as well.

Event Template PSD (Photo Template) & How To Edit It

• Step 1: Download Event_Template_2025.PSD
• Step 2: Use Photopea.com (Free) or Photoshop to add your image.

How to edit the text

• Step 0: Download Rammetto One Font (Double click to install it!)
• Step 1: Make sure you are on the layer called "Step 1: Edit your title here"
• Step 2: Click the Text tool in photoshop (Or use Hotkey "T")

Click this layer, then press Ctrl+V

• Step 3: Click in the text "Sightseeing Safari"
• Step 4: Start typing!

How to add your image

• Step 1: Copy the image you want to put in the template (In Paint or similar)
• Step 2: In photoshop, click the layer that says "CLICK THIS LAYER + CTRL+V YOUR PICTURE"
• Step 3: Click Ctrl+V, resize, and save!
