Beat Saber Legacy Launcher - Click utilities at the top, and download BSLegacyLauncher
Beat Saber Mod Assistant - Download ModAssistant.exe

Now in the mods tab, check off the various mods indicated in Beatsaber Multiplayer with Mods#Mods, and then hit "Install or Update" towards the bottom right. You at least need the required mods, but you are also able to install other mods as you see fit. Bear in mind additional mods may cause issues with multiplayer, especially those under the gameplay category.
