OVR Advanced Settings
The main screen for OVR Advanced Settings OVR Advanced settings is a program that lets you do MORE FUN COOL STUFF! Read ahead for more infos.

PlaySpace Mover

  • Step 2: Select "Left Hand" or "Right Hand" under Space Drag. (Most people use left hand.)
  • Step 3.5: OPTIONAL: If you want to move faster than default, select 2x or 3x speed.
  • Step 4: Go back to the OVR Advanced Settings menu, and select "Bindings."

OVR Advanced Settings - MISC

You can do all sorts of fun stuff with OVR Advanced settings. Here are some highlights!

  • Chaperone - Set off a buzz, a vibration, or a menu opening when you get "too close" to things. It is NOT reliable though!
  • Offsets - Manually move your character up/down/back/forth
  • Motion Settings > Gravity - Make it so instead you move permanently up/down/etc, it makes it so you can "jump" with gravity. Neat!
  • Space Fix - If your face is in the ground, or if something just isnt lined up right, put one controller on the ground, and fix your space! Woo!
  • Audio - Enable push to talk (doesnt work well), or changes audio input/output source for Steam. (For example, if you wanted to use a MOD mic instead of the headset mic.)
  • Video - Darken or brighten your screen as well as RGB color offsets.
  • Utilities - Visual Alarm clock / Virtual Keyboard / Media Player Controls
  • Statistics - Cool stuff for nerds
  • Bindings - Used to customize your controler / enable playspace mover
  • Settings - Enable autostart
