Staff are more anchors than anything. They're here to serve you, not the other way around. They only deal with what they're comfy with, and the shit hits the fan team is available for backup, and if nothing else, Mondo.

Become Staff

I'm protective of our little corner of the net, and to wield power and be the face of the community, you will need an exemplary track record in behavior, tact, and communication. This is not optional! Duties for all

• Pays general attention to everything as a whole, but ESPECIALLY their specialty and reports anything amiss that they might see.

• No secrets, no manipulation, no games, no hidden resentment, ability to be mature and CALMLY talk about the hard stuff if needed.
• Even if its about yourself, anxiety, paranoia, etc.
• The ability to know, recognize, and communicate your limits, which will 100% be respected.
• If hosting events, let X represent whatever limit you set for yourself.

How To Apply For Staff

• Reaches out to Papitos that are good to become part of the Social Team

• Trains people to take over for events (if desired), and then does new events
• Encourages, Praises, Motivates Team, Ensures they are doing X events per month
• Reaches out to Papitos that are good to become part of the Gaming Team
