We used the donations you have given the server to buy a subscription to Raidbot!

How do I create an event?

• Step 1: Go to https://raid-helper.dev/create/

• Step 2: Click the "Load Profile" button at the bottom left

• Step 3: Under "Load Profile", Click "2025 - Event Papito Form"

• Step 4: Click Load

• Step 5: Use the picture below to see which items you should change (Green), and which things you should leave alone (Red)

• THE FOLLOWING IS IMPORTANT, IT'S WHY THE TEXT IS BIG XD
  • Make sure your red settings are the exact same as the template to the right. If you load the Form Profile, (See step 3 below) it should auto fill most of the scary bits.
  • Green settings you can change to whatever you want, but maintain the same "vibe". (IE: Announcement says 30 mins til event but in your words) (Also make sure the correct audience is pinged under "Mentioned")
  • MAKE SURE your time zone is correct when posting. (Server time is EST/EDT)
  • The only channel you should be posting in is #📆⟝event-athon🎂. If there is no cake, do not click it! It is no lie!
• MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOWED THE ABOVE EXACTLY! THIS IS IMPORTANT! (that's why the text is big!)

Using MondEvent Bot - GUI Mode

• List 'O Steps:

  

  Form Profile Loading Button

  • Step 1: Login at Raid-Helper.dev, link your account, and use the dashboard GUI!
  • Step 2: Create an event at Raid-helper.dev/create!
  • Step 3: Load the Form Profile using the blue bottom at the bottom right to pre-load the correct settings. (See picture at the right)
  • Step 4: If you have loaded the Form Profile, you shouldn't have to change anything except the green settings. (See picture up above)
  • Step 5: MAKE SURE your time zone is correct when posting. (Server time is EST/EDT)
  • Step 6: Fill in the blanks/template using the text template.
  • If the website is not working, or if you are a masochist, please see: Event Masters - DM Mode

• MAKE SURE THE FOLLOWING:
  • Event is posted 7 or 14 days before event happens
  • If you schedule the time posted, please make sure it is posted at the same time the event is happening. (Not 3am!)
  • If you need help, just ask in #📡⟝event-papitos
  • Don't be afraid to mess up. If you do mess up, it is an opportunity to learn and anything can be fixed! <3
