It's Mondo. If something is really really bad happening, she can make an executive decision
Daddy Day Care (Uber Mods)
When something really tough happens, we discuss with daddy day care. This may be a situation between long time members, a situation about a staff member, or something that is just a really delicate situation. They will carry out a kick/ban that the mod team has decided on.
Dadmiral (Mods)
This is where suspicious behavior is discussed. If a newbie joins and something is setting off alarm bells, this is where we would post about it. If an incident happens at an event, this is where we would discuss it. We will analyze BOTH sides of the story with all people involved and as a group try to figure out what happened, who was at most fault (because sometimes both parties can be at fault!), figure out if what happened was merely a miscommunication or a malicious act, and try to figure out what punishment is appropriate, if any, and most importantly, how to educate the person on what they did was wrong so that they don't do it next time.
Popstars(Auxiliary Staff)
This is where we discuss projects within the server! We may also talk about game servers, bots, merch, this is where all the fun stuff happens!
Event Papitos (Event Hosts)
This is where we discuss event things. Most of the time, its going to be about your ideas for events, discussion about events, prizes, etc. We may post here on something to look out for, whether it be a suspicious newbie to look out for, someone who has came to us about being shy and needs a helping hand at events, or etc. If you are reporting a suspicious thing that took place at an event, please use the ticket system to talk about it in the mod chat.
Event Papitos and above have access to a list of people we are watching for behavior / trying to help fit in / etc.
