• Trains people to take over for events (if desired), and then does new events
• Manages the Event Calender for people doing one off events
• Assigns Event Papito to people that excel at their one off events
• Kicks people out of Event Papito that dont do X events per month, helps lead inspiration for new events
• Encourages, Praises, Motivates Team, Ensures they are doing X events per month, helps lead inspiration for new events
• Reaches out to Papitos that are good to become part of the Social Team

• Hosts X social events per month

• Pays general attention to everything as a whole, but ESPECIALLY their specialty and reports anything amiss that they might see. 100% open and honest communication and integrity is a must. No secrets, no manipulation, no games, no hidden resentment, ability to be mature and CALMLY talk about the hard stuff if needed. Even if its about yourself, anxiety, paranoia, etc. Also the ability to know, recognize, and communicate your limits, which will 100% be respected.

• Thinking/implementing/researching new techy things that could help the server
• This has the potential to have server costs covered if we get enough server subs*
• Implementing things, for example: Some sort of better way of extracting info from VRC/other sources to do, for example, world lists, or assets or etc. but I only know Wikitext/html/css, and i have to do everything manually. Better more efficient solutions would be cool!
