Mondo's Kickass Butter Chicken Curry Recipe

Butter Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 cups tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp garam masala
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small package Sazon Goya
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • cayenne powder (to taste, for spiciness)

  • rice
  • naan bread / flat bread

Instructions

  • Heat butter in a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, ginger, chili powder, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree, sazon goya, and garam masala to the pan, stirring well to combine with the mixture. Cook for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides. Make sure the chicken is cooked through.
  • Reduce the heat to low, and slowly pour in the heavy whipping cream. Stir well to combine the cream with the spices and chicken. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Don't cook this on high because the cream will explode if you do.
  • Stir in the lemon juice, and let the curry simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust the salt and seasoning according to your preference.
  • Serve the butter chicken curry with steamed rice or naan bread.
  • Note: This simplified version does not include some traditional ingredients like yogurt, fenugreek leaves, and various spices used in a more elaborate recipe.

Mondo's Kickass Mexican Corn (Elote) Recipe

Mexican Corn (Elote)

Ingredients

    • Note: These amounts are approximate. I usually eyeball it all.
  • Corn
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Cotija or Parmesan cheese (Cotija is usually found at mexican grocery, but can be VERY expensive. Parmesan is just a fine substitute though!)
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Sazon Goya or MSG (Optional)
  • Pinch of Pepper (Optional)
  • Flaming Hot Cheetos

Instructions

  • Cook your corn: If using fresh corn, grill or boil until tender. If using frozen, follow package directions.
  • Prepare the base: In a bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, melted butter, salt, pepper, lime juice, chili powder, Sazon Goya, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese, and pepper.
  • Assemble: Roll the corn or pour over the corn or mix with frozen/canned corn
  • Add the crunch: Crush the Flaming Hot Cheetos into small pieces and sprinkle generously over the corn.
    • Note: You can also use things like crushed hot buffalo pretzel bites, but Cheetos has the best texture

Mondo's Kickass Tuna Casserole Recipe

Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

    • Note: These amounts are approximate. I usually eyeball it all.
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom (Blended)
  • 1-2 cans milk or heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 16oz cheese
  • Hot sauce
  • 2-4 cans of tuna
  • 16oz noodles
  • 1 package Sazon Goya
  • Optional: Peas (wtf)

Instructions

  • Cook your noodles: Follow package directions for cooking the noodles. Drain and put back in the pan.
  • Combine ingredients: In the pan, combine the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, hot sauce, cheese, and Sazon Goya. Stir until well blended.
  • Add extras: Gently fold in the tuna. If using cooked/canned peas, add them now.
  • Cook until all hot -or-
  • Bake (optional): For a more casserole-like texture, sprinkle cheese on top transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.


JUICY ASS TURKEY

Juicy Turkey
  • Take turkey out, stick in pan, cook 1HR @ 325
  • Take turkey out, put parsley, herbs province, dill weed, touch of ginger, margarine, apple cider vinegar, 4 chicken cubes, and a packet of sazon goya. Put about 12oz water in the bottom. Bake 2 1/2 hrs @ 325.
  • EAT THE DELICIOUSNESS THAT IS THIS JUICEY AND AMAZING TURKEY!

Mondo's AUTISTIC GOULASH / spaghetti recipe

Goulash

Ingredients

  • 400g/14oz Any chonky noodles
  • 28oz pureed tomatoes
  • Can of Kidney Beans
  • 1-2lbs hamburger
  • NOTE: To make this spaghetti instead of goulash, leave out the beans, and put spaghetti noodles instead of chonky noodles, and form the hamburger into balls (add bread crumbs to make them stick together a bit better)

Instructions

  • Cook the Noodles: Cook the noodles according to package. Drain and set aside.
  • Brown the Hamburger: In a pot, cook the hamburger and beans over medium heat until browned.
  • In another pot, add the Tomato Puree and season to taste. It will be nasty without seasoning, so I add: paprika, oregano, basil, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar or mirin, MSG, and pepper. How much do you add? Jesus take the wheel. The biggest things that are going to make this taste bad is adding too much salt or sugar. The rest can be added as your ancestors guide you. (If you have no ancestors, like 1 TBSP?)
  • Add the cooked noodles and mix, making sure the noodles aren't cold.
