Wanna be the cause of happiness and love to the people around you? If yes, you may be interested in becoming staff! I'm protective of our little corner of the net, and to wield power and be the face of the community, you will need an exemplary track record in behavior, tact, and communication. This is not optional! If you are unsure of your status here, please fill out an application at #tell-us-things, and we can discuss where you stand and how you may be able to improve to reach this status, if not up to par.
Duties for all
- Papas/Daddys are never responsible for anything they aren't comfortable with, and there will always be someone "above" them to consult with if shit hits the fan, or if they are uncomfortable.
- Acknowledges and respects Mission Statement
- Pays general attention to everything as a whole, but ESPECIALLY their specialty and reports anything amiss that they might see.
- 100% open and honest communication and integrity is a must.
- No secrets, no manipulation, no games, no hidden resentment, ability to be mature, objective, and calmly talk about the hard stuff if needed. If for whatever reason that is not possible, has the ability to say "Hey, this isnt something I can deal with atm, can someone else take a look for me?"
- This remains true, even if its about yourself, your anxiety, your paranoia, personally involved situations, etc.
- The ability to know, recognize, and communicate your limits, which will 100% be respected.
- If hosting events, let X represent whatever limit you set for yourself.

TLDR: How To Apply
- Please go to #Tell-Us-Things in the discord and fill out a ticket saying "Hey! I wanna apply for ___ position! Gimme that POWA!"
- You will go through an x days trial phase, checkups, and if good, then you get the spot long-term :D
In Depth Guide On How2Be Staff
Step 1
- ACTIVITY! Be active in discord primarily to get to know your fellow comrades! Join some events, maybe even hang out in VC!
- BE THAT AWESOME! Having a personality that is kind, patient, understanding, and tactfully non-confrontational that follows the rules is essential!
Step 2
- DO THAT THING! Whether it be host a one off event that could be come regular, help the newbies, spin up a game server! Whatever it is you wanna do, do it as far as you can right now :D
Step 3
- As you become more regular and normalized and familiar with most aspects of the server, let's talk about a spot for you in #tell-us-things!
Step 4
- Once you've earned that "JR" spot, let's continue to make sure everything goes great!
Step 5
- If all is good beyond a shadow of ad oubt, then let's give you dat promotion :3
End of Year Evaluation
At the end of each year Mondo will evaluate how the mod-dom has gone, remove all mods, have a breif chat, and reinstate those who want to still be back, but under those changes :3
Feel free to use this time to voice any ideas, changes, stuff you thought worked, stuff that didnt, etc. <3
