So Ya Wanna Host An Event!
- The answer is Yes.
- You can host your own brand new event
- You can volunteer to host when another host cancels
- You can host an old event
- You can do literally anything, the sky is the limit!
- This is shit you can actually put on your resume irl. Its teambuilding, leadership, etc! Lets make your dreams come true!
Event Host Responsibilities
- Create the event in raid-helper or ask them to create it in #tell-us-things
- Show up on time
- Create the instance
- Greet people
- Keep an eye out for sus behavior. Report anything even if its small, especially if they are new in #tell-us-things / #emergent-meeting. Thank you for reporting it / encouraging a report to keep our corner of the net safe. :3 ❤️
- You will never ever get in trouble or get any backlash from reporting things. Reporting things is not rocking the boat. Hiding them is sinking it.
- If you can no longer host an event you created, please cancel it or find a replacement host 24hours before the event if possible.
- If you continuously create events and no call no show, your event host privlidges may be revoked. Cancel it or find a new host. :3
- If you don't want to host your event anymore... DONT! Don't burn yourself out. You can't pour from an empty cup. Take a break, host something else, whatever you need to do to stay happy! There is no shame in stopping your event. Fill out a ticket in #tell-us-things and let us know you are done. :3 <3
Making An Event
- If you currently are not an Event Papito, you can still make an event! Just fill out a ticket in #tell-us-things with the template info!
- If you WANT to be an Event Papito, you must host several regular events without issue, and generally you can be an Event Papito soon after!

- Q: What is a Sexy Minecraft Event?
- A: Any event where people must have the utmost maturity to handle what is going to happen at said event (Minecraft or not)
Notes Before You Begin
- Make sure your red settings are the exact same as the template to the right
- Green settings you can change to whatever you want
- MAKE SURE your time zone is correct when posting. (Server time is EST -> https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/?pl=1&lid=6167865&h=6167865&hf=1 )
- The only channel you should be posting in is #Adultevents.

Make An Event Using Sesh Bot - GUI Mode
- Step 1: Login at Sesh, link your account, and use the dashboard GUI!
- Step 2: Make sure your red settings are the same as the picture to the right. Feel free to change the green settings.
- Step 3: MAKE SURE you convert your time zone to CST (Chicago Time)
- Step 4: Fill in the blanks using the text template at the bottom for the description, and the event settings using the GUI template at the right.
