Piss Happens: If you piss on the floor, clean it up

I want you to be yourself, but I want you to refrain from pissing on the floor, and if you do, it's your responsibility to clean it up. If you think about pissing on the floor... Sometimes you might piss on the floor, especially if you're just a kid and just learning how to piss... and it needs cleaned up. If you're a kid, your parents will probably do it. That's their job. If you're not, it'll kinda suck, but you still gotta clean it up. Because cleaning up piss sucks, as you get older, you take the time to learn how NOT to piss on the floor, and piss in the toilet instead. If you don't take the time to learn how to piss in the proper place, you'll keep pissing on the floor, and everyone around you will step in it and someone has to clean it up. It's fine to need help with this when you're a baby, but when you're an adult... You might fuck up, get drunk, and then piss on the floor, but it's still on you as an adult to clean up your piss. Sometimes, everyone has some piss that lands on the floor for one reason or another, and that's life. Piss happens. What REALLY matters is how you handle that piss. Are you going to take steps to not piss on the floor? Are you going to clean it up if you do? Are you going to subject others to stepping in it or force them to clean it up for you? This is what matters. Not that you pissed, but how you deal with the piss. ....and then there's people like Mondo, who are incontinent! but Mondo lets people know "Yes, I gradually pee myself all day long, BUT I wear a pad to mitigate the piss, and if you happen to find some piss, lmk and I will clean it up, I apologize in advance!" By using our server, you agree to our pledge: I $username, pledge to respect the individual and their position by using the chain of command when dealing with issues within my community. • Me • Community-Mates • Event Host • Mod Team • • Me • I will not engage with conversations that make me heated, or that I do not like. I will take a step back when I am upset, and revisit the situation when I am able to clearly communicate in a calm manner. I will reflect on my wants and needs internally to ensure that I can communicate to others my wants and needs in a timely manner. • Community-Mates • I will communicate my boundaries clearly and directly, using explicit language like, "Hey, I'm not interested in talking about X," or "I do not like being cuddled, please do not cuddle with me without asking permission first." I will prioritize direct communication over vague hints, recognizing that many of us are autistic and benefit from clarity. I will strive to address minor issues directly with the individuals involved, assuming positive intent and seeking clarification or compromise. • Event Host • Mod Team • I understand that delaying reporting is irresponsible and can lead to even bigger problems down the road. I will report suspicious people or behaviors promptly to the event host to ensure the safety of our community. I acknowledge that persistent unwanted behavior after clear communication, even if seemingly small, requires investigation. I will utilize platform specific blocking features (Discord, VRC, etc.) to manage personal conflicts, such as those arising from breakups or personality clashes. I will use #⁠🆘⟝support-tickets, #⁠⁠📧⟝tell-us-things◄, or the anonymous reporting feature when something happens, no matter how small.

Staff Rules

A. Treat each other, all group members, and themselves with respect. B. Make Mondocat.tv a safe place for participants to be themselves. C. To enforce the rules equally as best as we can with the resources we have, without discrimination of any kind. D. Be open to answering questions, addressing concerns, and being transparent when possible about decisions and actions while maintaining privacy. E. Be positive examples of the community. F. Guide and teach members on various topics, from being the greenest newbie, learning to love yourself, running your own events, to becoming a staff member themselves, and more! G. To make mistakes like any other human being and learn from them and do better. H. Not take unreasonable shit from people being dicks. If someone is not willing to follow the rules, calmly discuss and compromise on a problem like an adult in a timely manner, or are being malicious, they are to be disciplined accordingly, up to and including banning. I. To give people the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise, in the form of "verbal" warnings and a "three strike" system. Extreme exceptions apply. Newbies may be excluded from the three strike system for being extremely sus or "not fitting the community vibe". J. For those with ticket access: to respond to tickets in a timely manner, discussing in mod chat, and those without ticket access, to provide their input on situations in the mod chat.

Report Dat user! New for 2025! If there is something suspicious that doesn't warrant a ticket that doesn't need a response or discussion from you, you can now report right from within Discord! (For example: There is a spammer, scammer, or an inappropriate post)   Use YAG bot in whatever channel the person posted the bad post in!   Type /report Click YAG Fill out User and Reason.   FOR EXAMPLE:   /report user:@Mondocat reason:HER EARS WERE TOO WOBBLY AND IT WAS INTIMIDATING THE NEWBIES!   YAG then logs the last 100 messages and sends an alert to mod chat to check it out! So if mod chat happens to not be paying attention to "FREE HENTAI SERVER, CLICK HERE FOR PENIS ENLARGEMENT PILLS AT ROCK BOTTOM PRICES" in chat, they will now!   NOTE: This is NOT a replacement for tickets or anonymous reporting. This is only to let mods know of inappropriate posts that do not need discussing.

If you see something, SAY something! You are not rocking the boat by speaking up, you're sinking it if you don't by letting danger in! <3 Core Principles: How to FUCK Ensure that you embrace the FUCK system: Fun, Union, Communication, and Keeping responsibility FUN: Promote a FUN, Helpful, and Supportive Community: Keep a sense of humor and an open mind! We're here to escape IRL BS. Forgive yourself for your own mistakes! Have all the fun! (Or else!) Be your cute self! No "no u"ing! We're all cute here. Give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Be brave and make mistakes! It means you're learning. Encourage others to not be afraid of making mistakes, by forgiving them if they mess up. Forgive yourself for mistakes. Protect your friends and report suspicious activity. Build each other up and keep a positive atmosphere. UNION: Maintain a Positive & Safe Environment: No harassment, discrimination, violence, or personal attacks. No discussion of sensitive topics (politics, religion, etc.). There is a separate discord if you would like access. No doxxing or sharing sensitive personal information. No excessive lewdness or disruptive avatars/sounds. Respect everyone's boundaries, including physical and emotional space. If someone says "stop," stop immediately. No means no. It does not require an explanation. Use the block features for personal conflicts. Don't contact someone that has blocked you. Don't say gamer words. In chat, in game, at reddit, in your bio, in your Reddit account. No excuses. Keep posts and content in a generally positive or neutral light. If content is centered around emotionally charged subjects and could be likely to provoke strong reactions, negative current events, controversy, scandals, hot takes, etc. consider the vent channel, the politics discord, or another discord. Keep conversation away from conventionally socially inappropriate taboo subjects. Please do not bring up or discuss things that would be legally inappropriate, even at an educational level. While it's impossible to make a definitive list of taboo things, we are adults and need to use our best judgement on this. Help others help themselves! Scroll past a conversation you, personally, do not like the subject of, but if a conversation seems like it could be inappropriate for the server as a whole, assess if it is malicious or not. If it isn't, educate them! "Maybe this isn't a great conversation to be having, let's move away from this". If you are uncomfortable with that, or they refuse to move along from the subject, file a #⁠🆘⟝support-tickets or #⁠⁠📧⟝tell-us-things◄. COMMUNICATION: Communicate Clearly & Directly: Use designated channels ( #Tell-Us-Things #Support-Tickets #Suggest-A-Thing, and #Ask-A-Thing.) for all reports, questions, suggestions, or to tell us about your favorite cheese. Be direct and explicit in your communication. Avoid vague hints. The vast majority of us are autistic or neurodivergent and need direct communication. Report issues promptly! Don't wait for them to escalate. Don't say the S zoomer word. (Mondo will be very sad and you'll get a timeout) Self-promo content is allowed in #💸⟝self-promo-rizz after you get access to the Server DLC KEEPING RESPONSIBILITY: Be Responsible & Accountable: Take responsibility for your actions. Excuses like being drunk, high, not communicating your needs, or not talking to staff are not acceptable. Use common sense; if it could hurt someone, don't do it. If you accidently hurt someone, say sorry. If someone accidently hurt you, tell them. Politely. Do not use this server as a chronic dating platform. It's okay to date. It's not okay to come here, pick up a date, leave with them, and then come back again after a breakup. Use https://flirtu.al & https://www.nevermet.io. Do not use this server as a replacement for professional mental health. Use the vent channel for bad days. Use your therapist for talking through deep issues that could hurt others. Do not circumvent automod or block moderators. When in doubt, ask questions before making assumptions. If there is a problem unrelated to a civil discussion in discord, report it to the mods in #Tell-Us-Things #Support-Tickets instead of calling someone out in the chat. If you fill out #Tell-Us-Things or #Support-Tickets with "Hey I read the rules!" we will give you a special role. To show that you're cooler than the ones who didn't. TAXES: Pay the cheese tax or get a 3: Keep the 1099s and W2s to the taxes channel. Crude NSFW jokes and references for the lulz are okay. No porn, illegal, or disturbing content (gore, pps, age-play, etc.). Once you've got access to the Server DLC, and you can file your taxes. You will follow the Taxes rules.
