I've been bullied out of the majority of communities I join, so I wanted a place where we would accept the wholesome weirdos that the normies could not tolerate for being "Different". This is the type of people and environment I would like to foster:

We are collecting: OLD, CHILL, FLEXIBLE, WHOLESOME, CRUDE, MATURE, and SELF AMBITIOUS people in a FUN, LOVING, SELF ESTEEM BOOSTING Environment.

* 'OLD' PEOPLE - There's not much support out there for older gamers (but anyone down to 18+ is welcome) who are nerds and/or weebs. (Think, idk, 25+? A lot of people have families and kids by that point and don't game anymore.)

* CHILL PEOPLE - We like to chill, have fun, play games, and make friends while leaving the negativity of society behind. This isnt saying we're a toxically positive place. We still gripe and grunt and have a vent channel for daily struggles, but our target audience is one that can just chill and laugh and relax. People that are able to leave controversial things of society like politics or religion at the door. There is a time and place for that stuff, but it is not here.
We value fostering an environment appreciating platonic and romantic love, and encourage a culture of respect for the individual by encouraging open communication of wants and needs in the moment between community-mates, and malicious behavior being reported immediately to the mod team in [https://discordapp.com/channels/676165028168204338/1094408991196577812 #Tell-Us-Things] or [https://discordapp.com/channels/676165028168204338/991539613757878332 #Support-Tickets] channel, not in the DMs of mods/admins.

* FLEXIBLE PEOPLE - As we get new people joining they have an impact on the server and we grow collectively from them becoming a part of our group. We can't just stay the same because that means we place all our value on what we have rather then what we can be. We want to constantly be learning, growing, and being flexible to meet the needs of the people. The only thing constant in life is change.
== Community Expectations ==

* WHOLESOME PEOPLE - Release your inner child! We want people that arent afraid to be a bit random and goofy at times. What's your favorite frog? Share your squishmallow collection! Our day-to-day conversations revolve around what happens in our lives, and most of it is wholesome!
* '''Communicate Directly and Respectfully:'''
To foster healthy interactions, express your needs and concerns directly to the individuals involved, when they arise. Avoid holding grudges or seeking resolution through others who cannot directly address the situation. It takes two people's fuck up to have a miscommunication. One to communicate poorly, one to not ask clarifying questions, and neither following up.

* CRUDE PEOPLE - Being innocent all the time is no fun! Sometimes we wanna make the occasional pp joke. The extent of crude is flexible, but generally means casual conversations, jokes, double entendres, puns, etc. Explicit content is not allowed in the general server. (Example of explicit content: Actual nudes, explicitly detailed PPs/nip art) The point of this server is not to be sexy, to erp, to find the thirsty individuals, so please take crude lightly as something to joke about and not like, be your lifestyle.

* MATURE PEOPLE - We like when our people are self-aware. You know, can take constructive criticism about themselves, as well as give it to others. People not afraid to say "I fucked up, I'm sorry", or "I dont like x and y, can you please stop?". None of us are perfect. Stop trying to never make a mistake. I WANT you to make mistakes. It means youre being brave. What I also want you to do is apologize when you've fucked up, and try to make it right. I also want you to have boundaries and note them when they are crossed. Also, please take in consideration to let people have their fun. If you HATE basketball and people are talking about basketball, you can't just say "I HATE BASKETBALL STOP TALKING ABOUT IT!". It's okay to just leave the conversation and come back another time. People that complain about other people nonstop may have a valid reason, but introspection teaches us "If it smells like shit everywhere you walk, you might look at your own shoe." And that's OKAY! <3
* '''Embrace Learning and Growth:'''
When mistakes occur, approach them as opportunities for learning and education, rather than resorting to punishment, belittlement, or refusing to come to compromise. We all should practice having open and respectful conversations with the people we have an issue with and help each other grow, instead of bring each other down.

* SELF-AMBITIOUS PEOPLE - We attract a lot of shy people, and that's fine, but I really would like our people to be ambitious with themselves. Wanting to learn more, to do better, to try new things, to explore, to learn and grow. To not be STUCK in a feedback loop of hell being stubborn with stupid stuff. People are not allowed to live in the vent channel. Vent channel is for the occassional bad day, not a replacement for therapy.
* '''Value Individuality and Equality:'''
Treat every member with respect, everyone has their thoughts and perspectives. Everyone can misinterpret things, miscommunicate, misunderstand, or even just be naive. TEACH each other, instead of get angry. Be receptive to being gentle teaching. Every story has two sides, try to hear each other out with love and understanding in your heart.

Encourage and respect the autonomy of others and their ability to handle their own issues. Mission Statement

Our mission is to cultivate a community that celebrates courage by accepting that as human meat bags, mistakes are inevitable, not avoidable. We transform the mistakes into opportunities for learning and personal development, choosing open dialogue and promoting empathy and mutual understanding over punishment. Punishment is reserved for malice and people unwilling to learn and grow and compromise.

We value fostering an environment appreciating platonic and romantic love, and encourage a culture of respect for the individual by encouraging open communication of wants and needs in the moment between community-mates, and malicious behavior being reported immediately to the mod team in #Tell-Us-Things or #Support-Tickets channel, not in the DMs of mods/admins.

Community Expectations

  • Communicate Directly and Respectfully:

To foster healthy interactions, express your needs and concerns directly to the individuals involved, when they arise. Avoid holding grudges or seeking resolution through others who cannot directly address the situation. It takes two people's fuck up to have a miscommunication. One to communicate poorly, one to not ask clarifying questions, and neither following up.

  • Support and Protect Our Community:

Help maintain a safe environment by promptly reporting any instances of malicious behavior, whether from new or established members, via a ticket in the #Tell-Us-Things or #Support-Tickets channel.

  • Embrace Learning and Growth:

When mistakes occur, approach them as opportunities for learning and education, rather than resorting to punishment, belittlement, or refusing to come to compromise. We all should practice having open and respectful conversations with the people we have an issue with and help each other grow, instead of bring each other down.

  • Value Individuality and Equality:

Treat every member with respect, everyone has their thoughts and perspectives. Everyone can misinterpret things, miscommunicate, misunderstand, or even just be naive. TEACH each other, instead of get angry. Be receptive to being gentle teaching. Every story has two sides, try to hear each other out with love and understanding in your heart.

  • Promote Individual Responsibility:

Encourage and respect the autonomy of others and their ability to handle their own issues. If someone has an issue, they are responsible for addressing it directly to the proper party, whether that be the person they have an issue with, or #Tell-Us-Things or #Support-Tickets. Support your friends by hearing them out, holding their hand, but avoid speaking on behalf of others or intervening in their conflicts. This empowers our friends to resolve their own concerns, to be independent, and stand firmly on their own two feet.
